Alkem Gear Instagram $200 Trading Card Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Alkem Gear (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Alkem Gear are not eligible to enter.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on April 23, 2026 and ends on May 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter via Instagram:

  • Follow @alkemgear

  • Like the official sweepstakes post

  • Comment on the post with the type of game you play (e.g., MTG, Pokémon, etc.)

Bonus Entries:

  • Tagging additional users in separate comments will count as additional entries (one tag per comment)

Limit one (1) initial entry per person. Multiple bonus entries allowed via tagging, as described above.

5. Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive:

  • One (1) trading card with an approximate retail value of $200 USD

Total approximate retail value (ARV): $400 USD

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 3–5 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from @alkemgear.
Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

If a winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, username, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, or misdirected entries

  • Technical issues or platform outages

  • Unauthorized intervention

9. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Alkem Gear and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this sweepstakes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
